Description

Phosphoric acid based milkstone remover for scale removal and prevention in milking equipment and bulk tanks in hot water

  • High performance scale remover

For scale removal:

  1. After milking rinse milking equipment with cold water using at least 10 litres per unit.
  2. Make a 2% solution at the rate of 2,000ml to 100 litres water at 80°C, using at least 10 litres water per unit.
  3. Circulate solution for between 7 and 10 minutes or until the water temperature drops to 54°C.
  4. Run to waste.
  5. Rinse with clean cold water using at least 10 litres per unit.

For scale prevention:

  1. After milking rinse milking equipment with cold water using at least 10 litres per unit.
  2.  Make a 1% solution at the rate of 1,000ml to 100 litres water at 80°C, using at least 10 litres water per unit.
  3. Circulate solution for between 7 and 10 minutes or until the water temperature drops to 54°C.
  4. Run to waste.
  5. Rinse with clean cold water using at least 10 litres per unit.

Storage instructions:

Store between 0°C to 25°C. Keep out of direct sunlight.
